Travelling to Otivar
The fastest and cheapest way is by plane via Malaga (alternatively via Granada or Almeria with a detour to the recommended Cabo de Gata).
From Málaga airport take the rental car to Malaga via the motorway towards Motril / Almeria and continue on the highway to Herradura (distance 96 km). From there about 6 kilometers on the road to Almunecar. Turn left at the intersection towards Jete / Otivar and drive about 13 kilometers to Otivar.

Without a rental car, go by bus, suburban train or taxi to the central train and bus station in the city center. There is a bus connection to Almunecar, from there depart busses to Otivar twice a day (alternatively take a taxi).
