Rent per day for one or two persons: 125 €. Minimum stay: 4 days.
Cleaning and additional expenses included.
The following discounts apply from January 1, 2025:

It is possible to use the adjoining garden house/cottage for an extra charge by arrangement (for example, as children, guest rooms). Please ask for price, depending on duration, type of use and number of people.
The additional costs (water, waste water, garbage collection and electricity) are included in the rental price for a stay of up to 28 days. Gas in bottles will be provided in sufficient quantity, but the content of 1 bottle (current price € 16.50) will be added on the rental price once. Firewood must be bought if necessary.
Insurance: There is a building insurance for the rental property. A property or personal insurance is not available so the landlord is exempted from claims for damages.
Damage caused by the renter must be reported to the landlord immediately and must be replaced by the renter.
If you are interested in a long-term stay (at least two months), please contact the landlord directly.
The reservation for a fixed date is binding. It must be confirmed at least 6 weeks before departure by transferring the rent for the length of stay.
For the final cleaning including linen change I charge 120 €.
(With an occupancy of 4 persons 150 €.)
For questions about the house and small problems on site, a neighbor is available.
Departure until 12 o'clock of the last booking day, unless otherwise agreed.
